1. Where do your products ship from?

-Once you place an order on our website we will begin to fulfill your order for shipment, the location of this fulfillment will vary based on product availability at our partners and suppliers, the vast majority of our products are located in Canada and ship within 1 business day.

2. Where do you ship to?

-We ship to Canada and the United States.

3. What courier do you ship with?

-We ship with Canada Post/United States Postal Service and can sometimes accommodate a customer if they have a different/preferred courier. Just ask, and we will try to accommodate!

4. How long will shipping take?

-We ship our orders via ground and with the current Covid-19 pandemic there is always the possibility of shipping delays, we strive to get our products shipped as fast as possible however unforeseen issues may arise. We ask for your patience in this matter.

5. Do you have a retail store or offer local pickup?

-No, at this time we only offer online sales shipped directly to you.

7. If my order has multiple products that come from different locations do I only pay (1) shipping fee?

-Yes that is correct, if your order comes in different packages you will ONLY be charged the amount displayed for shipping at checkout.
