Refund Policy

Replacement Window Hardware provides refunds on unused and undamaged products. Please review the conditions below of this policy.

  1. Refunds & Returns are only accepted 30 days from date of purchase.
  2. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee despite the reason for return.
  3. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  4. All costs incurred to ship the product back (with tracking) are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. In situations where customers complete a partial return of an order, only the products that are returned will be refunded (less the restocking fee on that product).
  6. All associated aspects of each part must be returned with the product (example: the clips that are included with an operator).
  7. We reserve the right to not accept any returned items that exhibit, but are not limited to: signs of use, damage, broken products.
  8. Products placed on sale or lowered in price at any time after purchase will not be subject to any refund in price difference under any circumstances

To file a return please contact us at info@replacementwindowhardware.com. After completion, you will be emailed a “return tag and label” with an address to ship the product too.

Exchange Policy

Replacement Window Hardware accepts exchange on all orders, such as instances of incorrect product orders. Please review the conditions below of this policy:

  1. Exchanges of incorrect products will NOT be subject to any restocking fees.
  2. You will be responsible for the cost of returning products back to us.
  3. If the correct product is a different price (i.e, higher or lower) you will be charged or refunded the difference.
  4. All associated aspects of each part must be returned with the product to complete an exchange (i.e., the clips that are included with an operator)
  5. We reserve the right to not accept any exchange that exhibits but are not limited to: signs of use, damage, broken products.
  6. Exchanges are only accepted for 30 days from date of purchase

To limit exchanges, we ask customers to compare their current products and analyze them to find the correct replacement part first.
