Order Placement & Shipping
- When an order is placed, the process of fulfilling your order for shipment will begin. A confirmation email that your order has been received will be sent, following a second email when the order has been packaged and shipped. These emails are automated. If you need to contact us regarding an order already placed please email info@replacementwindowhardware.com .
- A discrepancy between our inventory and physical availability will result in an email to notify and discuss the issue. Situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the cause of the issue (i.e., shipment delays).
- Some products will qualify for free or discounted shipping promotions. These promotions will have their own conditions. Please refer to the exact promotion offered for further details. Altering or canceling of promotional offers can occur at any time without notice.
